My trip to DC part 1
Our trip thus far has been so wonderful. First of all let me say that Bart and Dawn have the most amazingly clean and comfy house! We are staying in a "beach home B&B". Dawn kept telling me that she "lives on the Potomac", but I didn't get it that she has a beach just feet from her front door. They literally live on the Potomac. I will post photos before I leave of their beautiful home. It looks like Pottery Barn came in and set up shop.
They have been great hosts and have taken us all over this place so far! We have seen museums, and monuments a plenty. They have a connection to the mounted police here and today we were escorted to the Washington Monument, we also we able to ride the horse! Yup, us on a police horse! It has been amazing, we saw the president in his motorcade and Dawn and Bart planned a surprise party where there were nearly 20 of our friends from Germany here for an evening of catching up and great food! It couldn't be better.
Here are a few photos from our visits and adventures thus far!

Mr. & Mrs. Cullen
Jamie and David Cullen were an ideal couple to shoot. Laid back doesn't even describe! They were great to shoot, and fun to be around. The kind of couple that you hope to have a drink with again sometime! Fun, lovable, and easy going. Everyone at this wedding truly enjoyed themselves, I have to agree that I did too! Congrats J & D!
chocolate & sushi...
My two favorite food groups! Well today I launched my website http://www.chocolatesushiphotography.com and Heather and I were invited to a wine and food tasting event...
What did they serve you are asking...Oh, only chocolate & sushi...and champagne too!
It was much fun put on by several restaurants and hosted by Twin Cities Luxury and Fashion Magazine. Much fun!
