Well, I met Laurence (or LL) on my first day at Target.com. He worked in the "office" next to mine. He would pop his head up over the wall that separated us about 6 times a day to discuss work stuff and each time he pop his head up like a jack-in-the-box I would screech! It freaked me out that there was someone right there! We had a great time at Target doing our best to manage the areas we were assigned. We both went our separate ways but have remained friends over the years. He met Sue, a few years later and they asked me to shoot their engagement session (and their wedding, but I was due ANY day so I couldn't do it)
They are a great couple! The boys Jake and Josh are both very good kids. Very much boys too! When we were doing the shoot, in between pictures they would run over to their remote control cars and get a few seconds of play in. It was great to see them again. Buddy their dog has been a long time member of their family and plays an important role as "man's best friend" so we surely had to have him as the feature of the photos.
